It connects to your host system using a 40 Gb/s Thunderbolt 3 port, while a second Thunderbolt 3 port lets you daisy chain up to 5 additional devices, including drives, displays, and more. Thanks to an endurance rating of 11,000 TBW (terabytes written), or 0.8 DWPD (drive writes per day), the G-DRIVE PRO STUDIO SSD offers reliable storage for years to come.
SanDisk Professional’s G-DRIVE PRO STUDIO SSD is powered by an included AC adapter. It’s preformatted for macOS 10.13 and later, but may be used with Windows 10 and later after a simple reformat. Included is a 40 Gb/s Thunderbolt 3 cable and protection is provided by a limited 5-year warranty.
